How do we get to Bowl and Social?
Bowl and Social is located on Level Two of SkyCity Hamilton and is accessible via stairs and the lifts (mobility access via lifts).

Can kids bowl by themselves?
No, children under the age of 14 cannot be left unattended anywhere within the SkyCity Hamilton precinct including Bowl and Social.

Are there toilets available?
Yes, there are toilets available within the Bowl and Social outlet.

Can people in wheelchairs come to Bowl and Social?
Bowl and Social is fully wheelchair accessible. Mobiliy access to Level Two is via the lifts and there is a ramp access to the bowling lanes.

Do I have to pay to hire shoes and bowling balls?
No, use of bowling shoes and balls is including in the game pricing and packages.

Does the booking include free parking?
SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted parking rates if you spend a minimum of $25 at any of the outlets. You will be required to validate your ticket at the outlet in order to get the discounted rates. You can find out more about our parking options here

Can we bring a cake with us?
Yes, most SkyCity Hamilton outlets will allow customers to bring their own cakes, when they have made a booking. Please discuss with the relevant manager of the outlet about bringing your own cake.

Is your meat Halal?
While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity Hamilton central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.

If a group has a person celebrating a birthday, does the birthday person bowl for free?
No, unfortunately not.

Can I bring my own food?
Unfortunately, no. As we are a licensed premise, no outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into Bowl and Social.
