  • Does the booking include free parking?

    SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted parking rates if you spend a minimum of $25 at any of the outlets. You will be required to validate your ticket at the outlet in order to get the discounted rates. You can find out more about our parking options here

  • Can we bring a cake with us?

    Yes, most SkyCity Hamilton outlets will allow customers to bring their own cakes, when they have made a booking. Please discuss with the relevant manager of the outlet about bringing your own cake.

  • Is your meat Halal?

    While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity Hamilton central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.

  • If a group has a person celebrating a birthday, does the birthday person eat for free?

    No, unfortunately not.

  • What is the age restriction?

    You must be aged 20 years or older to enter the Gaming areas at SkyCity Hamilton.

  • What is the dress code?

    At SkyCity Hamilton, we are proud to provide you with a world-class environment to enjoy. We require a neat and tidy standard of dress at all times. SkyCity reserves the right to refuse entry where patrons are not appropriately dressed, or if their attire is deemed potentially offensive to others.

    The following items are not permitted at SkyCity Hamilton:

    • Torn or damaged clothing (except fashionably distressed items)
    • Dirty clothes or footwear
    • Face paint/decoration is generally not allow (small decorations that don't detract from the customer's appearance may be permitted)
    • Safety or trade clothing (e.g. safety vests)
    • Gang patches, gang affiliated clothing or insignia
    • Hats or caps (except for religious or medical reasons)
    • Sunglasses

  • What form of identification is considered valid?

    SkyCity accepts the below as form of identification:

      • A current New Zealand or overseas passport
      • A current New Zealand or overseas photo driver license
      • A current Hospitality Association (HANZ) 18+ card
      • Any other current ID with a photo, date of birth, and which is the product of a government institution.

  • How can I sign up for Premier Rewards?

    Signing up to Premier Rewards is free. Provided you are over the age of 20 and not excluded from entering SkyCity's premises you can sign up at the Premier Rewards Station at the Casino.

  • I have concerns about a friend or family member, how do I stop them visiting?

    At SkyCity there are two ways to control your gambling: Self-identified exclusion and Third Party Exclusion. You can either call and speak to our Host Responsibility on 09 363 6000, or if you are at the Casino, please visit the Security desk or speak to one of our security team. More information can be found here.

    You must be aged 20 years or older to sign up to Premier Rewards Programme. SkyCity is a responsible host. If you wish to discuss your Gaming, please talk to a SkyCity staff member or call the Gaming Helpline on 0800 654 655. Children under the age of 14 years must not be left alone at SkyCity.   • What are your casual parking rates?

    Make a purchase of $25 or more on the day of parking anywhere in SkyCity Hamilton and have your licence plate validated to access Super Saver rates!

    Maximum ticket cost of $38 per day, time incurred thereafter is charged at $10 per 4 hour block. Pay stations are located on G, B1, B2, B3 & B4.

     

  • Can we use our Premier Rewards for parking?

    Yes, if you have sufficient Premier Points or a car parking credit accrued on your card. Your Premier Rewards card can be swiped at the parking machines to exit.

    Please note, some car parking credits are required to be activated at a Premier Rewards Kiosk before redemption.

  • What is the height restriction for the car parks?

    The maximum height for vehicles in the SkyCity car park is 2.1 metres.

  • Parking at SkyCity Hamilton

    The SkyCity Hamilton Carpark provides over 300 carpark spaces with easy entry from Alma Street, off Victoria Street!

    If you make a purchase of $25 or more, on the day of parking, anywhere in SkyCity Hamilton and validate your ticket at a SkyCity Hamilton outlet, you will qualify for Super Saver Parking rates!
