• Does the booking include free parking?

  SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted parking rates at $5 for the first two hours and $1 for every hour after, if you spend a minimum of $20 at any of the outlets. You will be required to validate your ticket at the outlet in order to get the discounted rates. You can find out more about our parking options here

• Can we bring a cake with us?

  Yes, most SkyCity Hamilton outlets will allow customers to bring their own cakes, when they have made a booking. Please discuss with the relevant manager of the outlet about bringing your own cake.

• Is your meat Halal?

  While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity Hamilton central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.

• If a group has a person celebrating a birthday, does the birthday person eat for free?

  No, unfortunately not.

• Can we use our Premier Rewards for parking?

  Yes, if you have sufficient Premier Points or a car parking credit accrued on your card. Your Premier Rewards card can be swiped at the parking machines to exit.

  Please note, some car parking credits are required to be activated at a Premier Rewards Kiosk before redemption.

• Where is Zone Sports Bar located?

  We are located on Level 2. When you get out of the elevator, we are on your left.

• Can underage people come into the bar?

  You can come in with your legal guardian, however you must be 18+ to purchase alcohol. 

• What sport do you play at the bar?

  Every kind. We source the best games on and play them on several screens around the bar. Plus, we get the pay-per-view games so you don’t have to pay. If you would like to view a particular game, please let one of the staff know.

• Can you accommodate specific dietary requirements?

  If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that our environment does contain gluten and we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% gluten-free.

• Can you accommodate larger groups?

  Zone Sports Bar can accommodate a large amount of people and can arrange packages to suit your group’s needs. Get in touch with us to find out more.

  While we love walk-ins, on our busy game nights or for bigger groups, we highly encourage you to make a booking through our website
