Terms & Conditions

1. The SkyCity Hamilton Waikato Cup Giveaway (“Promotion”) runs from 11am on 1 November to 11.59pm on 30 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
2. The Promotion is open to Customers currently residing in New Zealand aged 18 years or older who make a qualifying purchase from any of the following outlets at SkyCity Hamilton : i) The Local Taphouse or Eat Burger, ii) Amuse Bar & Kitchen, iii) Bowl and Social (each an “Outlet”). Employees of SkyCity, and advertising or marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. Customers will receive one entry form each time that they make a purchase of $50 or more (“Entry” or “Entries”) an Outlet during the Promotional Period in a single transaction. Limit of one Entry per Customer per day. A QR code will be provided to the Customer by staff at the front counter upon payment for the Customer to scan and fill out the entry form, and the form must be completed with the Customer’s full name, phone number and email address. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Entry form is legible, completed correctly and in full. SkyCity accepts no responsibility for incorrectly provided or illegible Entry details.
4. A prize draw will take place at 10am on Monday 1 December 2025 where three Entries will be randomly drawn from all eligible Entries .
   Subject to clause 5, each of the three winners will win ten (10) The Grand Tour general admission tickets to the SkyCity Hamilton Waikato Cup 2025 to be held on 13 December 2025 (valued at $300) (“Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, there is one Prize to give away in respect of eligible Entries from The Local Taphouse and/or Eat Burger and one Prize to give away in respect of eligible Entries from Amuse Bar & Kitchen, and one Prize to give away in respect of eligible Entries from Bowl and Social (being a total of three Prizes available to win in this Promotion).
5. Winners will be contacted by SkyCity Hamilton using the details provided on the winning Entry form. If either winner cannot be contacted, a message will be left and that winner must contact SkyCity Hamilton within 24 hours of the message being left to claim the Prize . If the Prize is not claimed within this timeframe or if SkyCity determines that that winner is not eligible to participate in the Promotion, then that winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize and another Entry will be randomly drawn by a SkyCity representative from all remaining eligible Entries until an eventual winner is found. It is each winner’s responsibility to arrange collection of the Prize from SkyCity Hamilton.
6. The Prize is as stated and does not include any food, hospitality, travel or other incidental expenses which are the responsibility of the winner. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash..
7. Personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be held in accordance with SkyCity’s Privacy Policy (www.skycity.co.nz/privacy-policy). Each entrant has the right to access and correct their personal information.
8. SkyCity’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
9. To the extent permitted by law and subject to obtaining any applicable regulatory approvals, SkyCity reserves the right to delay the start of the Promotion, extend or cancel the Promotion or alter any of these Terms and Conditions without notice.
10. To the extent permitted by law, neither SkyCity nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion will be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or redemption of a Prize.
11. Participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of a Prize confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising of SkyCity Hamilton.
12. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to observe any of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
13. Entry to the SkyCity Hamilton Waikato Cup 2025 event is subject to the terms and conditions of entry as determined by the Waikato Racing Club.
