Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, exclusion is one way to help you take a break. SkyCity offers two types of exclusion.

Self-Identified Exclusion

Self-identified exclusion is a voluntary arrangement you can request yourself. You choose to exclude yourself from the casino for a set period, and we will take practicable steps to enforce it.

SkyCity Exclusion

A SkyCity exclusion is issued by SkyCity, usually where we have concerns about a person's gambling. This is a formal exclusion from the casino.

Re-entry

Once your exclusion period has ended, you may apply to return. See our Re-Entry Application page for the conditions and application form.
