Terms & Conditions

Promotion

  1. The Paddle Board Giveaway (“Promotion”) will run from 11am on 1 December 2025 until entries close at 11:59pm on 31 December 2025.

Entry

  1. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the prize, entrants must purchase any combo at Eat Burger or The Local Taphouse.
  2. A QR code will be provided to the Customer by staff at the front counter upon payment for the Customer to scan and fill out the entry form. The entry form must be completed with the Customer’s full name, phone number and email address. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entry form is legible, completed correctly and in full. SkyCity accepts no responsibility for incorrectly provided or illegible entry details.
  3. Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be associated with a new qualifying purchase.
  4. Employees of SkyCity and their families are not eligible to enter.

Prize

  1. A prize draw will be held at 10am on 5 January 2026, at which time one entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received and the winner will win a Torpedo 7 KEKOA 330 Stand-Up Paddle Board with a RRP of $600 (“Prize”).
  2. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  3. The winner will be contacted by SkyCity by phone or email on 5 January 2026. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being first contacted by SkyCity, another winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining eligible entries received until an eventual winner is found.
  4. The winner must collect their Prize from SkyCity Hamilton.

General

  1. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to observe any of these terms or conditions may result in disqualification of the entrant from the Promotion.
  2. In the event of any dispute, SkyCity’s decision is final, and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be held in accordance with SkyCity’s Privacy Policy (skycity.co.nz/privacy-policy). Each entrant has the right to access and correct their personal information.
  4. Participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of a prize confirms an entrant’s acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising of SkyCity without compensation, consideration or notice or the need for that entrant’s prior review or consent.
  5. To the extent permitted by law and subject to obtaining any applicable regulatory approvals, SkyCity reserves the right to change the Prize draw time, delay the start of the Promotion, extend or cancel the Promotion, withdraw and replace the Prize item with an item of approximate value or alter any of these terms and conditions without notice.
  6. To the extent permitted by law, neither SkyCity nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion will be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or any Prize offered (including any Prize damaged or lost in transit).
