Self-Identified Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is getting out of control, you can choose to exclude yourself from SkyCity. Self-identified exclusion is a voluntary arrangement that you request yourself.

You can choose to exclude yourself for a period of 3, 6, 9, 12 or 24 months. During your exclusion period you must not enter the casino. If you do, you may be removed and further action may be taken.

To arrange a self-identified exclusion, please speak with a member of our staff or our Host Responsibility team, who will explain the process and help you complete the paperwork. You can also download and complete the application form below.
