SkyCity Exclusion

A SkyCity exclusion is a formal exclusion from the casino, issued by SkyCity. It usually applies where SkyCity has concerns about a person's gambling or behaviour.

A SkyCity exclusion applies for a period of two years. During this time you must not enter the casino. If you enter while excluded, you may be removed and further action may be taken.

As part of a SkyCity exclusion, we can arrange for you to attend up to six counselling sessions with a problem gambling service provider, at no cost to you, to help you address your gambling.

At the end of the exclusion period you may apply to re-enter. Re-entry is not automatic and may require you to meet with our Host Responsibility team.
