Chill & Grill – Sip into Summer Promotion - Terms and Conditions

The Chill & Grill Sip into Summer promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 5 to 31 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
The Promotion is open to:

1. all customers of Number Eight Bar at SkyCity Hamilton Casino; and
2. all customers of Amuse Bar & Kitchen at SkyCity Hamilton Casino,

who are aged 20 years or older (each a “Customer” and each a “Participating Outlet”).  However, Customers who are in any way excluded from entering SkyCity (including those excluded after their entries has been accepted) and employees of SkyCity or DB Breweries Limited, their related companies or their advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Prize Draw

3. A prize draw (“Prize Draw”) will take place at SkyCity Hamilton at 10am on 2 February 2026 where four Entries (as defined in clause 4) will be randomly drawn by a SkyCity representative from all eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period. Subject to clause 5, each of the four Prize Draw winners will win one of the following prizes:
   1. A LawnMaster 460 Series rotary lawnmower valued at $599
   2. A Weber 1000N Baby Q barbeque valued at $450
   3. 1 of 2 Export chilly bins

Entry

4. Subject to clause 6, Customers will receive one entry into the Promotion (“Entry”) for every purchase of a Heineken, Heineken Silver, Tuatara Hazy Pale Ale or Monteith’s Crushed Apple Cider on tap from a Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period. Limit of five Entries per Customer during the Promotion.
5. A QR code will be provided to the Customer by staff at the front counter upon payment for the Customer to scan and fill out the entry form, and the form must be completed with the Customer’s full name, phone number and email address. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Entry form is legible, completed correctly and in full. SkyCity accepts no responsibility for incorrectly provided or illegible Entry details.
6. The Prize Draw winners will be contacted by SkyCity on 2 February 2026 using the details provided on the winning Entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, a message will be left and that winner must contact SkyCity within 24 hours of the message being left to claim the Prize.  If the Prize is not claimed within this timeframe or if SkyCity determines that that winner is not eligible to participate in the Promotion, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize and another entry will be randomly drawn by a SkyCity representative from all remaining eligible Entries until an eventual Prize Draw winner is found. Each Prize Draw winner must collect their associated prize from SkyCity Hamilton within one month of being contacted.

General

7. For the avoidance of doubt, a SkyCity Premier Rewards member who redeems any entitlement for a free beverage in accordance with the SkyCity Premier Rewards Programme will not qualify for an Entry in respect of that redemption.
8. Prize components are as stated, are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash and do not include any other incidental expenses.
9. SkyCity reserves the right to withdraw and replace the Prize (or any components of the Prize) with an item(s) of approximate value should the Prize (or any components of the Prize) not be available for any reason.
10. SkyCity’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
11. To the extent permitted by law and subject to obtaining any applicable regulatory approvals, SkyCity reserves the right to delay the start of the Promotion, extend or cancel the Promotion or alter any of these Terms and Conditions without notice.
12. To the extent permitted by law, neither SkyCity, DB Breweries nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion will be liable to any person for:
    1. any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion, any incomplete Entry or redemption/use of the Prize; or
    2. any failure or inability of a winner to redeem any element of the Prize for any reason.
13. Participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of the Prize confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising of SkyCity.
14. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to observe any of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
15. Personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be held in accordance with SkyCity’s Privacy Policy (www.skycity.co.nz/privacy-policy). Each entrant has the right to access and correct their personal information.
