Terms & Conditions

Promotion

1. The Urban Wine Walk Giveaway (“Promotion”) will run from 11am on 1 April 2026 until entries close at 11:59pm on 30 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entry

1. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the prize, entrants must purchase any wine at The Local Taphouse during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”) and complete and submit the Promotion entry form in accordance with clause 3 below (“Entry”).
2. Upon successful payment for a Qualifying Purchase, a QR code linking to an online entry form will be provided to the entrant by staff at the front counter of The Local Taphouse for the entrant to scan, fill out and submit the entry form. The entry form must be completed with the Customer’s full name, phone number and email address and submitted during the Promotional Period. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entry form is legible, completed nd submitted correctly and in full. SkyCity accepts no responsibility for incorrectly provided or illegible entry details.
3. Limit one Entry per Qualifying Purchase. Multiple Entries by an entrant during the Promotional Period are permitted, but each Entry must be associated with a new Qualifying Purchase.
4. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over. Employees of SkyCity and their families are not eligible to enter.

Prize

1. A prize draw will be held at 10am on 1 May 2026, at which time one Entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period and the winner will win two tickets to the Hamilton Urban Wine Walk on 16 May 2026, valued at $170 (“Prize”).
2. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
3. The winner will be contacted by SkyCity by phone or email on 1 May 2026. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being first contacted by SkyCity, another winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining eligible Entries received until an eventual winner is found.
4. The winner must collect their Prize from SkyCity Hamilton. SkyCity is not responsible for any travel expenses or incidentals associated with the Promotion or Prize.

General

1. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to observe any of these terms or conditions may result in disqualification of the entrant from the Promotion.
2. In the event of any dispute, SkyCity’s decision is final, and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
3. Personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be held in accordance with SkyCity’s Privacy Policy (skycity.co.nz/privacy-policy). Each entrant has the right to access and correct their personal information.
4. Participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of a prize confirms an entrant’s acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising of SkyCity without compensation, consideration or notice or the need for that entrant’s prior review or consent.
5. To the extent permitted by law and subject to obtaining any applicable regulatory approvals, SkyCity reserves the right to change the Prize draw time, delay the start of the Promotion, extend or cancel the Promotion, withdraw and replace the Prize item with an item of approximate value or alter any of these terms and conditions without notice.
6. To the extent permitted by law, neither SkyCity nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion will be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or any Prize offered (including any Prize damaged or lost in transit).
